About Bouncy Buddy
Playful, funny and very social little man - and only 16 months old!
things buddy does that makes me laugh:
pops his head around the corner or through the curtains just to check you are still there;
throws his ball to himself;
collapses mid pat at your feet for a tummy rub;
walks into things when he is too busy looking at someone or something;
he is in denial of his size, and is forever trying to fit onto the beanbag with lily (which is really only big enough for one);
things buddy loves:
cuddles and neck scratches;
paddling in the water;
companionship;
running at the dog park (fully fenced);
naughty things buddy does:
helps himself to things on the bench when no one is looking (handy when your nose is bench height);
he may jump on your bed (but that is because he is welcome on it at our house);
chews on things which are not necessarily his toys but have been left lying around;
does not differentiate between little dogs and big dogs- and plays with them all as equals (bit daunting if you are little!);
more photographs of buddy can be seen by clicking http://nswar. Org. Au/dogs%20for%20adoption%20pages/buddy. Htm
things buddy’s new family should know
he is deaf but this does not worry buddy;
he loves attention and companionship (whether that is a human or another dog);
he knows “sit”, “drop”, “dance” (although we don’t encourage that one), “no” and “come” (although he has selective recognition with the last 2);
he is house trained, and is very happy just to sit at your feet while you watch tv, or follow you around the house while you do your chores;
the is very smart, and i am confident he can learn more signals if you have the time and patience to train him;
he is the most loving dog ever, and needs lots of pats and love – he will give you all his love in return;
he has a pink spot on his nose which will need sunscreen in the summer (we will provide this for his new family);
he needs walks and is good on the lead – although he hasn’t had lead training. He doesn’t like his harness, and will sook when you pull it out- don’t be deterred!! he loves walks;
he will chew up soft beds – he sleeps in a plastic bed at the moment with blankets which to date has not been chewed up;
things buddy will come with
toys (his kong and favourite chew toys);
car harness and seat belt;
bean bag;
sunscreen;
paperwork;
chew bones;
buddy is vaccinated, desexed, microchipped and lifetime registered
in nsw and waiting for you to take him home. Buddy's family are moving overseas and buddy is available for a donation to nswar of $150
