About “Ziggy”, Cheeky and Charming. Brisbane
Ziggy is a cheeky, charming fellow with his own inimitable style. From his long white nose to his cute white socks, Ziggy is a picture of greyhound elegance. That is, until he falls asleep…when he assumes the most inelegant positions! Like most greyhounds, Ziggy treats sleeping as a kind of performance art, which is hilarious to see.
Ziggy has a healthy appetite, and loves a treat. His fondness for food has helped with his training, and he’s learned to sit for a treat, and wait for his dinner. Ziggy will thrive with humans who'll continue to help him learn the boundaries of home living (with lots of treats involved of course). He has plenty of energy and enjoys a walk, so an active household would be ideal.
Ziggy most prefers the company of female dogs, although he’s not really too fussy about who he mixes with, human or canine. He could live with another dog, or on his own with plenty of human company. So far, he’s only met younger children and teenagers and seems to prefer teenagers. He’s too interested in chasing cats to be ready to live with one.
The best thing about Ziggy is his loyalty – once you win his trust, he’ll follow you everywhere. If you want a uniquely adorable companion with a streak of mischief, Ziggy is for you.
