About Angel
Would you like to save an Angel?
Our precious Angel is a 2 year old Lab x Ridgeback x Mastiff who has a heart of gold and everyone who has ever met her are so hoping that there is a special someone out there who will want to call her part of their family.
We are unsure of what happened to Angel before she came to the facility, however she is an extremely timid girl, who is fearful of all people and it takes her a long long time to put her trust in you. Angel will hide and refuse to walk if being handled by strangers, however she has not once shown signs of any sort of aggression towards anyone – her only instinct is to be scared.
We are unsure if Angel will ever feel confident enough to go to a dog park or to places where there are a lot of strange people.
So why are we so sure that she can be adopted?
Because we know, that out there somewhere is a very special soul with a very gentle heart, who is just the right person for Angel.
Because we know that there is another, totally different side to Angel that she only shows to those who have taken the time to gain her trust. Staff at the facility have given their time and patience and love and we have seen the other side.
That Angel, the one who trusts you, is a total goofball, absolutely gorgeous and very affectionate. She will come when called and loves a pat. In fact, she loves a pat so much that she will bump your hand asking for more if you stop! She loves to run and to play and when she is happy, her tail goes round and around in circles, like it has a life of its own!
Angel loves and adores all dogs of any shape and size and we strongly recommend that a resident, social dog already in the household would be a plus. This would help boost her confidence and help her to gain trust in you by taking cues from your already existing dog.
If you are willing to come in and spend time with this gentle, sweet girl and build that trust over a period of weeks or as long as it may take, if you are able to offer her a place of love and safety for her to live where she will never again live in fear of being hurt, you could be just the family for her.
To many people this will sound like a major effort. We hope someone out there will feel just as elated as we did when that sweet face nuzzled up against us to say, Hi. I'm sorry I was afraid but I'm not anymore. I like you and I trust that you won't hurt me.
Angel's adoption fee is $375 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. She is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Angel is looking forward to meeting you
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
