Marley

Marley is a spunky little man.

Marley loves cuddles and especially loves lounging around with his humans. Spending his time with you on your couch watching telly (while getting a belly rub of course) is his ideal pass time. He likes to be with you as much as he can and can be protective with his humans. He would like to sleep where he can see you to ensure you are safe. He would benefit from a crate full of toys and treats, as his safe space too.

Marley is a clever cookie and has been learning some commands while in care. He is house trained and will scratch the door when he needs to go out. He knows to sit and go to his bed when told. He wants to be a good boy and has been showing what a star he can be. But, hasn't had any previous training prior to coming into care. So, consistency will be key with Marley to keep him on the right track.

Marley likes to have all the attention focused on him, so he will have to be the only pet. He is good on the lead when he goes for walks. But, he doesn't like other dogs approaching and getting in his space. He finds it overwhelming and becomes reactive. As such, he is not suitable to take to an off lead dog park either.
