Biscuit

Hi!
My name is Biscuit. I was surrendered into OTC care with my sister, by people who were worried about my welfare due to my breeder's lack of care. I had a lot of fleas, worms, cuts and bruises but was affectionate, sweet and quiet. After a little bit of help with worming and flea/tick treatment I was feeling bright and happy again and at my vet check they said I'll be really healthy in no time.

I get along great with other dogs and am currently living with a small human as well. I am learning my name and how to 'sit' and 'wait' for food. I will grow to be a large dog, and my owner will need to be conscious of keeping my good diet up so that my joints can grow to be strong and support my weight. I have white fur with a telltale ridge back, and if I am going to spend a lot of time outdoors I might need a bit of dog sunscreen on my nose so I don't burn. I like to play but also love my naps in the shade. I have never met cats but am young enough to be trained by a new owner.

I will be a dog that looks forward to my dog park trips a few times a week. I will likely have moderate energy levels as an adult but as with any dog, it's important to keep my mind active via regular outings and fun games at home. I would like to sleep inside the home if possible, perhaps I would get used to sleeping in the laundry or garage however. But I definitely do not want to live outside fully just because of my adult size - I love my humans too much to be evicted from the family home.
