About Paris
Assisting rehoming
PARIS as looking for her retirement home can anyone help?
10yr young lilac bicolor ragdoll "Paris "
Paris was rescued from an abusive breeder 7yrs ago and has been rehabilitated into a semi-social, super affectionate lap cat.
She is desexed, up to date with vaccinations and has all her pedigree papers. Full medical history is available from her current vet and she has no current health issues or concerns
The reason I am rehoming her because I am moving to Canada and after researching the process of how she would travel from Sydney to Canada, including stop-overs and overall flight time + resettling in a new place - I feel it would be far too cruel to subject her to that and would prefer she settles in a home here with someone who is patient and settled and has a set routine.
This is not a first-in-gets-to-have-her advertisement. It is vital she goes to the right home and we would need to meet first so I can know a bit more about you and your family/household and you can meet Paris and she can meet you (we all know cats have the best judge of character)
She doesn't deal too well with other cats, she likes to be the alpha female although I haven't put her next to another ragdoll so it's an option we can try out.
She is timid and shy and needs a quiet home, kids are ok but like any cat - she likes her space and her sleep and may not be too playful with very small children.
She is currently covered by pet insurance so that can be transferred to the new owner so she can be covered for any unforeseen issue.
She will also come with her food bowls, water bowl, her "cubby house" / scratching pad and her carrier. And of course all her papers and vaccination records & vet details to check her history.
Paris is on a diet of alternating dry food and occasional raw meat and lots of water (she likes her water bowl in a different room from her food and if you have one of those water fountains she will be most impressed! My last one broke and I didn't have a chance to replace it)
So I am hoping to find a home before Feb 15th.
Thank you
