Whiskey is a stunning Border Collie. He has started to settle into his foster home well but still has some emotional scars due to his history, which is largely unknown. He came from a rural QLD pound and it appears that he was locked up long before he ended up there.
He can be fearful of sudden movements and everyday things like his lead, however, he is improving and will need ongoing training - desensitisation and counter conditioning. Due to his breed, he will need ongoing stimulation and training to keep him from being bored. He is an extremely intelligent dog!! He will need a large yard and a family/couple/single with an active lifestyle.
He is a beautiful loving boy, he just wants to be loved. He loves rubs, pats, attention and actually kisses me in bed in the mornings. He isn't just a taker, he gives it right back as well!

Adoption details
All dogs are to have a meet and greet (where possible) and be approved by the foster carers and the adoption application.
All dogs will be desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm treated before being rehomed.
