Ivy.. cat, dog and child friendly

Ivy is a gorgeous and playful, active 11 months old pointer x who loves to be around her humans. She is crate trained at night and pretty much house trained during the day as well, as she hasn’t had any accidents in the last week, provided you keep letting her out every few hours. She is good with other dogs, currently in care with another female dog,she has also been great with other dogs, when her foster mum took her for a trial obedience class or for day trips.
Ivy is currently living with two cats who she gets along well with, but sometimes cannot resist to chase the kitten, just as she wants to play.
Ivy loves children, but due to her puppy playfulness and jumping, she would probably be best suited to children from school age onwards, she could accidently knock the little ones over. We've started to work on some of her jumping habits, which she's been improving during her short stay with us is learning quickly about new boundaries and commands. Ivy is a confident girl, who needs someone who is committed to continue training her further and taking her to obedience school to bring out all her potential and shape her into a beautiful mannered girl.
Like any young pup, Ivy does like to chew. She mainly focuses on her toys and loves pig ears, but has tested her boundaries with shoes as well. This is more noticeable if she hasn't been releasing her energy through play or her daily walk.
Ivy is best suited for someone who will make her part of the family, preferably doesn't work full-time (she is ok to be left for a few hours at a time though) ensures she gets exercise every day and who is committed to take their pup to obedience classes.

Ivy does squeal if there is not a person around. She is tennis ball obsessed, so easy to entertain
