Scrappy

Scrappy is an inquisitive and loyal boy who loves to be around his humans.

He enjoys getting out for daily walks, to smell everything and see what is going on. He is playful. But, also enjoys laying on the couch too (be prepared, he snores).

Food is the way to his boys heart. He has some basic obedience and is house trained. However, he would benefit from some gentle but firm reinforcement with his obedience. As, he can get excited and forget his manners. He is not suited to being around young children. But, he is a clever boy and training him isn't too hard. Given his weakness for food!

Scrappy has lived with cats, he tries to play with them. If they run, HE WILL CHASE. He isn't aggressive towards them, he just wants to play. He could potentially be homed with a dog savvy cat. He is OK with other dogs. He can be a dominant boy. So, a friendly, playful female could be ok, pending a meet and greet; or he would be OK as an only dog.

Secure fencing is a must for Scrappy.
