Missy is a great pupper! She is calm and happy and loves being around her people. She’s house trained, stays off the furniture and doesn’t do anything destructive.

She's also not overly enthusiastic when she’s playing – happy for a belly rub or scratch behind the ears. She will give you a face full of licks when you walk in the door or just for waking up in the morning. Sometimes she get a bit too excited to see you, but is working on keeping her paws on the floor when she needs a cuddle.

Missy doesn’t seem to have any concept of toys, but boy does she love to chase. She will chase anything that can scurry, so she's great for keeping your house free of bugs & other pests (but it does mean she won't suit a place with cats, sorry!). Sometimes switches off her ears when she's got chasey on the brain, but otherwise she’s very clever with commands. She knows how to sit, stay, give BOTH paws, and wait/okay for food.

Missy just wants a human to love and she will super love you in return. She understands that you have to work and is wonderfully behaved while you’re gone, but when you’re back, you have a great friend to spend time with. She loves walkies and going out for a grand ol' sniff of the neighbourhood.

Missy is suited to a home without children, where she can be the only dog. She isn't fazed by passing houses with barking dogs on her walks, but she much prefers being a friend to people instead. She needs time to learn to trust you, then makes a very loyal companion.
