About Winnie
Beautiful Winnie came into care as she had an accident with her eye.
Winnie is a perfect little being. She loves children and not fussed with cats at all.
Winnie would prefer a family with no other dogs as she doesnt like to share her humans.
She is a true snuggler and will go to anyone as long as they are going to give her a cuddle.
Winnie loves to be brushed, is great in the bath tub aswell. She has started to play with her foster siblings and tries with all her might to run around and keep up with them.
Due to her site she requires a stable home life.
Medical notes
Winnie had an incident a while ago where she lost her left eye. Just before Christmas she was brought into the vet clinic for euthanasia as she had had another incident this time with her right eye.
Her eye had prolapsed.
She has had 2 surgeries to try and fix the eye and hopefully make it that Winnie could keep her eye and also have some site.
At this stage we believe in the full sun Winnie can see shadows but at night time or inside she does struggle with seeing but gets around perfectly.
Winnie hasn't let her sight issues bother her at the least. She listes to your feet and voice and gets around fantastic. She climbs steps up to the couch and also finds her way back down.
