About Miss Moo ~ On Trial 18/2/17
Meet Miss Moo – a shy, gorgeous 2 years 9 months old Kelpie x girl who is simply divine. She is on the smaller size of medium with beautiful, soulful eyes that are always watching and checking in with you. Miss Moo's real name is Dusty - however her nick name Miss Moo is just as cute as she is! This lovely girl is a great mix of playfully active and chilled out – so if you are after a companion who will snuggle as well as go on walks then Miss Moo may just be for you!
Miss Moo enjoys the company of other dogs so her perfect home will be one where she will have a canine companion to play with. She doesn’t cope well as an only dog as other doggy friends give her the confidence she needs as well as making her feel safe. She can be wary when meeting new dogs until she realises they are friendly and then it's game on!
Before coming into foster care Miss Moo was an only dog and she would escape to find companionship. Since being in foster care she is living with 4 dogs of varying sizes and she has no interest in escaping. Her perfect yard would be one with grass and space so that she can run around with her doggy friends. The fencing should be 6 foot all around (just to be on the safe side).
Miss Moo would suit a family that would exercise her every day. Being a Kelpie x staffy means that she does have energy to burn but once that is spent she is quite happy to sleep it off to recharge. She loves to chase the other dogs who chase the ball - when she catches the ball she will bring it back (most times!)
Whilst Miss Moo can be timid when she first meets new people, it doesn’t take long for her to warm up to them and sit at their feet for a cuddle. If you have kids she would be best suited to older dog-experienced teenagers who understand and will respect her shyness. Miss Moo is in foster care with a cat and she has a healthy respect for her feline friends.
Miss Moo is highly social and thrives on both human and canine companionship so her forever family will need to be one who loves spending time with her and involve her in their daily activities. She is an inside/outside dog and so she needs to have access to inside when you are at home. She loves sleeping inside in the lounge-room and hanging out with you whilst you watch TV at night.
Miss Moo is a shy gorgeous girl with a loving nature. To find out more please contact Matt on 0434 497 910 (after hours) or email myardley81@gmail.com . Miss Moo is in foster care near Gosford (NSW Central Coast).
Miss Moo's adoption fee is $450. She is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and has her lifetime registration. You can also see our other available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
