About River
River is an outgoing, confident kitten who wants nothing more than to be with his humans. He would suit a home where he will get lots of attention
as he craves human affection and company. He will purr the moment his foster carer picks him up and he is quite a vocal little kitten with the cutest miaow that sounds like a little lamb. River is a very playful, energetic little boy who loves to cuddle up to his humans. He is great with young children and would suit any family that can give him the love and attention he deserves. River has a beautiful dark tabby coat with flecks of gold throughout and cute little white socks.
If you would like to meet River please contact his foster carer for a meet and greet. He is ready to go to his new home now : )

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
