ABOUT:
Barbara came to us from as part of the Gympie 80, and like most of the cats from this property, she is extremely affectionate and people orientated.
When Barbara first came into care, she was friendly but wasn’t used to be handled. She was a little nervous around sudden movements, and would get a bit freaked out if you went to pat her too quick. She has soon learnt that pats from humans is quite cool, and will happy lay down in front of you and present her belly for pats. She is still a bit unsure about being picked up, but she is getting better every day.
Coming from a large community of cats, Barbara is quite reliant on feline companionship, so it will be important for her to have another feline in the home that she can bond with.
Due to her background, Barbara is only learning what toys are and loves experiencing new things to play with. She is thriving, and considering where she came from, deserves the very best of homes.
