Squishy

Squishy is a very friendly and happy girl, she is always smiling. She loves people and will be anyone's best friend for a pat. She also loves other dogs and playing is one of her favorite things to do. Another friendly dog for company in her forever home is a must.

Squish is also good with other animals like chooks, cats, horses and birds. However, she will chase after them if they run, she only wants them to play with them. But, it means you can not expect her to be best friends with your cat or other animals immediately. Careful, appropriate introductions would be required and supervision of her with other animals in the introduction phase. This would need to be discussed further with her carer.

Squishy is a big girl, she can be strong on the lead and is still learning. But, she's a clever cookie and with some regular outings and further training she will be a real gem. She doesn't require a large amount of exercise but will require short daily walks. She will play ball but only about three to four throws before she is happy to stop. She is content to lay down and sleep most of the day away. She will sleep through the night inside. Please consider her type and if you have the ability to keep her cool during the summer months.

She has great recall and will sit. She is very smart so would enjoy the mental stimulation of further training. She doesn't dig or chew or wreck anything and she has not tried getting past low farm fencing in care.
