About King
Introducing King, our stunning 2 year old German Shepherd who is very eager to find his forever home.
He appears well behaved around cats, however he can at times be a little selective with his doggy friends and we will require an introduction with any existing dogs in the household.
We are unsure of King's past - however, he does not enjoy being handled around his lower body and can be nervous of strangers approaching him too rapidly. King will require a patient owner who is willing to work with him through his timidness and help him to bring out his wonderful personality. Due to this we would suggest that any children in the home should be old enough to understand King's likes and dislikes.
Despite this, King does enjoy receiving lots of affection from his human friends enjoys giving great appreciative kisses in return. He shows no signs of seperation anxiety or food aggression.
He approaches staff at the facility with tail wagging and enjoys getting out and about for his walk. He sits calmly while having his lead placed and in his excitement can pull a little on lead when first heading out. However he soon settles and has very nice lead manners.
King is hoping to find his forever home where he can be included as part of the family and involved in the day to day activities. He is a very sweet boy who would benefit from a patient owner, who is willing to continue his training and socialisation.
King's adoption fee is $350 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. King is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

King is looking forward to meeting you
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
