About Momo
Momo was rescued from the pound very pregnant, skinny and looked a little too street smart for a young cat. Momo is a friendly girl who loves being around you. She loves a smooch and scratch around her ears. She is friendly friends with her adult son who still lives in the same house and tolerates young kittens, but is not a fan of other adult cats. She hasn’t met many dogs and hasn’t liked the ones she has.
Our mumma cats get left behind with all the cute kittens around. Momo would love a home where she can settle down and be your companion where she’s safe off the streets finally. She’s friendly, likes a cuddle in your arms and will enjoy being a lap and bed companion once she settles in. She is a beautiful creamy ginger girl with an almost pink tone to her coat.
She is on a grain and fish free diet to prevent her getting itchy skin. Currently she is eating raw preservative free roo/beef mixed with Applaws chicken tinned wet food and the Applaws chicken biscuits. These are both grain and fish free and are keeping her happy. You would need to keep her on that type of diet to prevent her getting the skin reactions. She also has a cataract or cloudy eye – we are not sure if this is from damage while out of the streets. She will probably eventually lose sight in that eye, but her other eye is healthy and bright.
All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
