About Cesar
Meet the biggest and most loyal softy on Earth. Where do I begin....
When we met César we knew nothing about him and this guy certainly surprised us. He arrived in care and knew absolutely nothing. Even a simple sit command was something new for César. It took him 1 day and he nailed it. Well, we thought, let's now see how you go with our dogs for the next couple of days? In the beginning he was unsure about 2 dogs and tried to be cool, but with a lot of positive reinforcement, they became best friends in no time. Has he ever played rough with them? No! Has he ever been nasty to them? No!
César is all about training, about mental stimulation. This crazy pineapple needs to be kept physically and mentally stimulated. He always wants to learn more, always aims to please you and your family. When you feel like you just want to sit and relax, he will come next to you, will give you those puppy dog eyes and will put his head on your lap. All YOU have to do is just hand out free pats. César loves this precious time. He loves attention, he loves being connected with his family. And not only loves, but he needs it for a successful relationship with you.
"Oh, he sounds perfect" you might think at this moment. Nobody is perfect and César is no exception.
Let me invite you to the darker corner of César's life. César is a big sook, when he's happy he cannot control his bum wiggles and may knock over young children with that butt, therefore a home with older children would be best suited. César used to jump a lot, but now it happens very rarely, but I believe training has to continue to get rid of this habit forever. César gets along with all the dogs on Earth in the dog park, but he does not like to share his home with small dogs. He simply does not tolerate their small sizes. Unsure as to why, but he has made that decision for reasons only he can explain. Let's make every dog's life happier.
César can not stand cats. These fluffy creatures irritate his precious eyes. I, honestly believe it can be fixed, but please do not try without seeking professional help or advice.
This loyal boof head is afraid of loud noises. Especially thunderstorms, strong winds and fireworks. He is fine when he is with you inside.
His royalty can be a fence climber, but only when he is unfamiliar with his new territory. Once he gets to know you, he is fine. And forgets about this very bad skill he has.
César's latest achievements: Progressing on a lead, still pulls a bit, but with the right training, he will get there. His recall is 50% better than before and he loves learning this command. Went for a swim all by himself and nailed it, he now swims perfect and loves it. Sits, goes down, stays and struggling a bit with drops.
Smart, cuddly and loyal César is looking for his forever home with family that knows about Rotties. With no cats and small dogs. He would love to live with another Rottie or a dog that has a similar temperament. Of course big yard and family that will let him be indoor dog as well as outdoor.
Cesar is located in Silverwater (near Morisset).

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
