About Storm
Available for Adoption
Introducing Storm | 4 months | Female | Siberian Husky
It was one stormy day when Storm was rescued as 'free' on fb at only 9 weeks old. She is now fully vetworked and all loved up and ready to find her perfect forever home. So let's tell you a little about this precious little girl....... Storm is the true definition of a cuddly bundle of puppy cuteness !! She loves to play with her humans especially her carers 5 yr old son, she just adores him. She has her foster siblings Sheba and Hugo wrapped around her little paws and is always up to puppy mischief. Those sharp little puppy teeth need lots of things to chew on and if you run out of puppy toys you might want to make sure your shoes are out of reach as she has a "Taste" for high heals. Storm is a great talker and has the sweetest little voice, when she gets excited at mealtimes or when playing with her furry friends and especially when she gives you a 'wooooo hooo' welcome home. She has been well socialised living with a male and female husky and has a daily play at the local fully fenced dog park where she is happy to play with all breeds big and small. She is also sharing her foster home with a cat and as much as Storm tries to make friends the cat has no interest. She will follow the cat trying to sniff him but backs off when the cat gives her a warning. Storm is getting there with house toilet training but she can still have the occasional accident but that's to be expected being so young. She is still learning the basics of sit and stay, she's a quick learner and responds very well to training. She is still trying to learn her manners when humans are eating their food and sometimes she gets too excited by your great smelling human food and she will need to leave the room for meal times but with a little training she will be able to sit patiently without begging for your dinner. We only mention this because she is well equipped with chocolate brown puppy eyes which are hard to say no to. She's is a water baby and loves to play with hose and a paddling pool at every chance she gets, and yes that does include playfully digging and splashing around in her water bowl 9/10 just after you fill it up.
Storm is such a lovable, clumsy and typically funny little husky puppy, she will give you hours of fun and play and loves to sleep half the day by your side or just laying around the house with her fur friends. But she is a life time commitment so please consider this before applying.
** Storm requires a home with another medium sized canine for companionship and humans that are around more often than not
** Her new home will need to be committed to ongoing training with Storm.
** Adoption applications with cats will only be considered if the applicants have breed and cat socializing experience.
So if you are ready for this gorgeous little munchkin to add to your family and you meet all the requirements stated in Storms profile then send us an adoption application.
