About Marcus
Marcus the fifth born of his litter. His mother is a beautiful pure white long coat girl who came to us mere days before giving birth.
Marcus is very sweet, affectionate and playful. He was the runt of the litter and it was a struggle to keep weight on him. At only 2 weeks old, he started rapidly losing weight and it was determined he was no longer suckling from his mother properly. Since then, he had been bottle fed but remained with his mum and litter for socializing. He is very affectionate and human focused due to this.
Marcus absolutely adores dogs, regardless of size. He also loves other cats. He would be well suited to an active and lively home with other animals.
He loves to snuggle and sleep on the bed.
Marcus is obsessed with licking bars of soap, so you'll have to make sure your soap supplies are securely in a cat proof cupboard.
Marcus has been in care far too long, and deserves a loving new home.
Marcus has a medium length, plush coat.
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
