Macy would do well in an older family, older owner/s or with any owner who would lavish her with the attention she deserves. She has a beautiful disposition, is very quiet and if she was left to her own devices she would stay on your lap all day long and rest. She does not have high energy demands but she does like her regular walks. She is in foster care with a small dog therefore may enjoy the company of another dog in the home. Macy has been a little shy to begin with, but has thrived in foster care and become more playful and happy. She has recently had a deluxe groom treatment and is now ready for her furever home!

Macy has been doing really well with toilet training except for the first two nights when she accidents on the carpet in the night. I'm not sure if this was just a result of her anxiety and new food when she first arrived, or whether she requires more toilet training. I have since kept her in a crate by my bed during the night with no other issues. I take her out to 'go pee' before bed and first thing in the morning and she understands the command.
