About Selma
I’m Selma and I arrived with my friend Patty – we were saved thanks to some very kind vets! I’ve got plenty of personality and some to spare, I’m playful and very loving. I would suit a family with older children because apparently I’m not good at sharing my toys. It’s true, if there are any teddy bears or balls lying around you can guarantee they will probably end up n my bed! At present I need a bit of work getting used to small dogs so would not suit a home with those, but I’m great with other dogs generally. I’m looking for someone that will take me out on adventures and holidays (we can make everyone jealous with our instagram snaps), and snuggle on the couch watching TV (PS I quite like MacGyver). Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
