About Louie
This little boy has had some bad luck lately. Somehow his leg was badly injured. His family couldn't afford the vet fees and the vet, who told us Louie was the nicest dog she had ever met (big rap) asked if we could help, which we agreed to do.
So a few weeks ago he had his right back leg removed. He has recovered brilliantly, and gets around as normal.
He is such a lovely boy. Gentle and affectionate to people, playful and friendly to the adult dogs, and very very sweet to the puppies.
He loves a walk, but is nice and relaxed around the house, and happy to amuse himself outside if no one is home.
No dog could be more deserving of a great home.
We are happy to subsidise shipping fees for the right home interstate.
Medical notes
Has recovered well from his injury and is good to go.
Adoption details
We request that prospective adopters email us with an initial enquiry. We will forward an application form. On receipt of the application form, we will make phone contact to discuss the adoption. We try hard to match the dog to the person, ultimately looking for the best fit for the dog. Shipping fees may or may not be included in the adoption fee, and this will be stated in the pet's profile.
