About Central Desert puppies
Meet Lucy, Jaxon, Georgia, Zac, Bundy, Russell, and Roxy. These gorgeous pups were born to a pretty medium sized tan camp dog in Tennant Creek. She gave birth to them in a teacher's yard, and the teachers looked after them for the first few week of their lives. They say mum was really loving, caring and friendly, and looked after her pups beautifully, and the pups were just a pleasure to care for.
In negotiation with mother dog's owner, we took the whole lot into care, weaned the pups, desexed mum and returned her to her owners. Pups are spending a bit more time with us to grow up enough to have their vet work, and make the big trip to Adelaide for rehoming.
They are just an adorable bunch - busy, interested in everything, playful and confident. They are intelligent too - already coming when they are called and learning to go to the toilet outside when they are asked.
Follow them on Kunapa Kari's Facebook page to keep up with their journey, and let us know if you are interested in meeting them when they arrive in the Big Smoke!
Medical notes
These pups have had a wonderful start, and are fit and healthy, and beautifully socialised.
