Tig is a beautiful girl both inside and outside. She is initially very shy and within a few days she has really blossomed into a lovely girl.
Tig is always smiling and loves to lay at peoples feet. She gets along with other dogs however can be quite scared of full on dogs at first (dogs that rush up to her). Once she is comfortable she loves to play with other dogs.
Tig gets along well with other animals including cats, chickens, horses, goats, ducks & sheep.
If you would like a lovely natured girl and are able to offer lots of patience and love Tig is your girl!
Medical notes
Tig has lost one eye when she was younger by an unknown cause (possibly a possum) and has some vision impaired in her remaining left eye. She has about 30% vision and can see outlines and shapes.
Tig will be desexed, vaccinated, microchipped & heartworm tested.

Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc have a 10 day trial/settling period, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care once a foster home is found and the adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after the trial period there will be no refund made.
Harvey Dog Training supports SHARI and has kindly offered to provide our adopted animals 30% off training/obedience classes. If you are keen to enrol your new puppy/dog please mention this in your email to us!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application must be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer. You must bring your dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. The animal must not be taken on the day unless prior arranged (travelling over a 2 hr round trip). If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment details will be given, this can take 2-3 days to finalize before the meet & greet so please give time.
4. 10 day trial period commences
5. Adoption is finalized after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email.
