About Norwich
Now here is a pup with some spunk!
Norrie is mister personality. He is an outgoing and confident pup who is not fazed by anything. Loyal and playful. He follows his foster carer around the house and yard, and enjoys exploring the garden.
Norrie has fun playing with toys and particularly likes the tug of war rope which will probably become one of his favourite games as he gets bigger and stronger. This pup will make you laugh with some of the places he finds to sleep – his favourite spots are where he hides his head behind something like a dog food bag or the fridge. Norrie greets new people and his foster carer when she gets home with the happiest smile and lots of wags with his tail. He enjoys the company of people and is happy to curl up with you when it is nap time.
This little boy loves other dogs and has been well socialised. Although he is tiny compared to the large adults that he has met, he confidently greets and plays with anyone that will let him. He enjoys wrestling games with the other dogs and games where he has the toy or stick and everyone else chases him. He will be a relatively active dog when he grows up so will require a family who are dedicated to giving him daily walks and I’m sure he would like to tag along on family adventures.
During his time in care, Norrie has begun basic training. He walks nicely on a lead and will sit for a yummy treat. He's progressing with his toilet training and will look to use puppy pads in the house. It is very important that his new family is committed to continuing his training as he is very young and still has lots to learn in life. Puppy preschool and further obedience classes are recommended as Norrie has the brains to excel. He is food motivated so this makes him easier to train.
We are looking for a home where he will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. He would love another doggy wrestling partner to live with and/or someone who is home more often than not to give him the attention that he deserves. Norrie should be allowed inside to be with the family and will require a warm comfy bed to sleep on at night out of the weather. At this point in time he has not been tested with cats and other pets but as he is young he should be able to be trained to reside with other animals harmoniously.
If you would like this character to join your family then let us know.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
