About Banjo
Banjo is a gorgeous English Pointer who loves nothing more than having a great game of fetch. Being a working breed, chasing birds are another favourite past time and he will run around the yard having a wonderful game chasing them.
He's great with other dogs and happily plays with all shapes and sizes at the local dog park. He's not suited to cats or pocket pets though due to his working nature.
Banjo has grown up around small kids and is very gentle with them too. He can get excited sometimes and may accidentally bump into them but he means no harm.
He has basic manners, knows how to sit, drop and wait for his dinner and currently sleeps outside at night. He's fine being walked on a halti but would need some work on a standard collar or harness.
We're looking for a home that is active and will make Banjo a part of the family. Lots of loves and snuggles never go astray and neither would another doggy playmate, although it's not a necessity. He needs a good daily walk and some games of fetch to keep him happy and healthy.Banjo is not suited to a home with chickens, pocket pets or reptiles.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
