Nellie

Nellie was shipped to us as she was rescued from a violent relationship break up where the wife and children fled for the lives. Her ear had been glued back with superglue which had damaged the ear, the skin and cartilage. An infection and abscess had formed in the fold which was not helped by the skin breakdown due the damage caused by the glue so again Dr Lucy Bond performed an ear reconstruction and now her ear has recovered although smaller than the original. Nellie is a beautiful eight year old Belgian German Shepherd cross. She is affectionate, loyal, protective, and just loves being with you. She is fine with people, kids, other dogs and would make a great member of a family. She needs to be able to sleep inside as all shepherds do. She comes when called, sits and stays. She is obedient, house trained and would make a wonderful companion..
