Lovely Lisa
Lisa is as sweet as mud-pie! She is funny and clever and would need a proactive family who love to involve their pets in their life and provide a fulfilling life full of enrichment actives and learning, because this is what Lisa would love and what she needs. She isn't the type of dog you would leave in the back yard and ignore, that would break her heart, she needs company, love, learning and physical and mental stimulation. So many people surrender dogs stating they "DONT HAVE THE TIME". Make sure, before applying for Lisa, that you have the time for her, she deserves it. And in return you will have the most awesome wonderful fun girl, not just for now, the puppy stage, but for all of her life.
Lisa is an inside outside dog, sleeps in her crate at night, she would be great at obedience school and socialisation classes, she is wonderful on the lead and in the car. Lisa is currently getting crate trained and lives with two gentle giants who are teaching her the ropes and good doggie manners.
She deserves a 15 year commitment, because she is awesome.

A message from Lisa's carer
" Lisa has been here with us for 2 days and this is what I know. She is without a doubt staffy/kelpie x. At 12 weeks of age, she is happy to walk on lead with Evie and Lenny for 4km no drama. She has a lot of energy and will make a great running/walking partner. She is super confident. She doesn't take shit from Evie or Lenny and can firmly stand her ground (although it's easier to stand behind my legs if she gets really scared!) She SLEEPS ALL NIGHT IN HER CRATE without a sound and gets up with me and the others when I'm ready! She protests at first but that's normal. Most kids protest at bed time but they are babies and they usually fall asleep within 5 minutes. If you ignore them they eventually give up. She's a good eater, she has a fabulous shiny coat so by all accounts she is a healthy strong girl. She already knows her name and especially loves its when I call her Lovely Lisa! She has teeny tiny paws, so she is not going to be a big dog.
The staffy in her will keep her small. She's pretty much going to the toilet outside only an occasional accident inside. She has fabulous recall. She comes when I call her, she's really smart. And she is social, she plays well with both my dogs and listens to them when they have had enough. A growl or two and she moves away. She also loves kids! I had a 6 year old here on the weekend and she played with her calmly, no jumping. Fabulous. Whoever gets this little firecracker is going to love her! She's a really good dog and will be easily trained. Lets see if we can find her a home for Christmas."
