About MJ ~ 12yo Rotti girl (On Trial 28/12/16)
This beautiful girl is Mary Jane (MJ for short) - she is a 12 year old Rottweiler who is in great shape for her age.
This sweet girl has wonderful manners - she knows sit, shake and down, she loves her walkies and she will take all the attention you're willing to offer.
MJ needs a new home through no fault of her own - she has been surrendered by the most loving family that will miss her dearly. She has no vices and is a very good girl.
MJ is great with kids and while she is good with other dogs, she would be more comfortable as either an only dog or with a mate at the same stage in life so she can enjoy her retirement.
For more information or to meet MJ, please contact Kat on 0415 449 053 or email katlewis1987@gmail.com. MJ is in foster care in the Maitland area, NSW (near Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
MJ's adoption fee is $100 because of her senior status and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Medical notes
Very healthy for her age.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
