About Zahli ~ 2yo Red Cattle X girl (pending adoption)
Zahli is a 2 year old Red Cattle dog X girl. She is very sweet, loves to give cuddles and wags her tail in excitement to see you.
Zahli is a very happy, playful and energetic girl. With her sweet personality, friendliness and beautiful smile, she will bring absolute joy to her new family.
Zahli is very well behaved; she is house-trained and sits on command. She enjoys bathtime and she doesn’t dig or jump fences. She is a very good girl inside and outside and must be allowed to sleep inside.
Her favourite things are bones and snuggles. Zahli also enjoys car rides and going for walks. She is good with other dog-friendly dogs and she likes to play with rope toys, balls and tug of war with her foster brother. When playtime is over, she is happy just laying around.
Zahli is best suited to older kids (school age and up) as she is quite strong. We are not sure how she would go with cats or pocket pets though she does not chase birds in the yard.
Zahli is excited about life and brings a smile to the face of everyone she meets. If it’s one big bundle of joy and loads of fun that you are seeking, Zahli is the girl for you!
For more information or to meet Zahli, please contact her foster carer Jo on 0484 183 392 or email joconnolly75@gmail.com. Zahli is in foster care in the Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Zahli's adoption fee is $350 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
