Perky Percy is very young at heart and is bursting with a love for life. He is very excitable and thoroughly enjoys a good scratch and a cuddle by his human companions. Being young energetic and with little basic training in his past Percy would benefit greatly from attending obedience school so that his enthusiasm can be channelled in the right direction he can learn all his doggie manners and mature in to a well-mannered senior dog. A home with plenty of interactive toys and regular twice daily exercise will go a long way to keeping this man happy along with a yard with secure fencing.
