About Minnie ~ 4yo Jack Russell girl (on trial 13/01/17)
My name is Minnie, but I am no mouse! I'm a four year old long haired JRT girl with a huge heart.
I love all humans - small ones, big ones, all of them! My favourite thing is to cuddle up with my little humans or chase them around the house. I sometimes growl when playing, but I am always gentle and never aggressive.
I need to sleep inside, but I am very well-behaved in the house. I love the chance to make my humans happy.
I'm great with small dogs, but I like to try to put big dogs in their place. I'm also great at escaping, but I'm even better at coming straight back when called! I'm not so good with cats yet, but I love to play with them.
I am the perfect dog. I know when my humans want to play or cuddle and I'm always happy to please.
For more information or to meet Minnie, please contact her foster carer Nicole on 0418 448 142 or email nicoleghorvath@yahoo.com.au. Minnie is in foster care in Kotara, NSW (Newcastle area) and is available for adoption interstate.
Minnie's adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Medical notes
Her recent cherry eye operation is all clear now.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
