About Artek
Meet Artek, he's an 9 month old wolfhound cross.
He is medium in size.
He is a gorgeous pup, 98% house trained, child friendly, sleeps beautifully through the night and loves playing with his big doggy foster sister and any other dogs that might come to visit. He is submissive when presented with dominant dogs and responds well when dogs run up to him in the park when he is on the lead.
As he is still a pup, he will need some training to make him the perfect dog, but he has already learned how to sit and to wait for his meals. He is strong on the lead but with a bit of training this would improve. He loves being up high and will climb up on things such as outdoor settings to see the world from a different viewpoint.
He loves tummy scratches, zig-zaggy strolls, new toys, giving his humans lots of kisses and snoozing in his crate.
He needs fencing that is relatively secure but normal suburban fences would be fine.
He would be happy living with another dog or by himself.
