About Scooby Doo *special Needs*
My name is Scooby (Doo)
I'm currently living with my Foster Mummy and Foster Doggy Sister and boy she is a big big Dog I am blind but that doesn't stop me from being a happy active boy. I am also on special medication to help me as I have epilepsy.
We play all day while Foster Mum is at work and when she arrives home, I greet her with a few licks and a nudge on her leg. She told me that I'm a good boy for not jumping on her (unlike my naughty Foster Sister).
My Foster Mummy is teaching me to be courteous and the art of "Good Manners". I now sit when my yummy food is being prepared (which is pretty smart if you ask me), and stare at her intently until she puts my bowl in front of me.
I'm also learning commands like "sit (not including mealtimes) " and "stay". I haven't mastered these quite yet, but the snacks are yummy.
I get along with other dogs, but I'm not sure about cats. My Foster Mummy has a big family so lots of her relatives come to visit and they all think I'm a handsome boy (I kinda knew that). I get along with all of them, even the small ones.
I am fully house trained and travel well in the car. Sometimes I like to poke my head out the window and feel the breeze through my fur, and other times I may fall asleep but I never get car sick.
I am a lovable chap, walk well on the lead and don't pull my Foster Mummy's shoulder out of her socket, but still being a puppy, I would benefit from ongoing obedience training.
I sleep well through the night and sleep inside on the couch, however sometimes I need to get up and do doggy business. Lucky my Foster Mum hears me and gets up to open the door to let me out. She did say something like a Doggy Door benefiting me or even the back door being left open.
I'm not a big barker but do bark on occasion.
I do love my Foster Mummy, but I'm looking for MY own fur-ever home. I will love you unconditionally.
Hope to see you soon.
Love from Scooby (Doo) xox
