About Simon ** 2nd Chance Cat Rescue**

Simon is a beautiful Abyssinian cross with all the playfulness of his breed. He is well adjusted and full of energy. He would be a great kitten for a family with children or somebody being at home most of the day. He is used to other cats and is very playful.
The Abyssinian is an affectionate intelligent cat, very people orientated, extremely active and a cat that thrives on interaction and play. They are not constant lap cats, rather, they need to know what you are doing; they like to help you make a telephone call; read your newspaper or make your bed, in fact they insist on being included in all family activities as a right. Whatever it is, an Abyssinian has to be totally involved. Abyssinians are not always ideal for everyone, so if this higher level of activity will annoy you, then a quieter breed should be sought.

Adoption details
All our cats and kittens are:
* desexed,
* micro-chipped,
* vaccinated and
* worm and flea treated.
ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Please send an e-mail to: 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
2. You will be e-mailed our Adoption Questionnaire
3. Complete the Adoption Questionnaire and send (e-mail) back to us.
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
If the adoption is going ahead, we ask that you pay on the day of adoption the fee as stated on the cat's profile .
Please note that we only accept cash.
We hand over a signed Change of Ownership form which you will need to send to the Microchip company after the two week trial period has expired.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
