Lexi

Lexi is a beautiful girl. She is very friendly with people and toddlers. They just need to make sure not to rush at her too quickly as she sometimes gets a little scared and cowers. Also she doesn't yet understand that kids are smaller than adults and when excited she will jump on them. Some more training and staying consistent however will teach her to stop this though.

Gets along well with dogs, has been living with her giant foster sister for the last couple of weeks. She loves to play and she will tell other dogs if she has had enough.
She is toilet trained, however if she just wakes up and runs out the room and gets too excited she tends to do a little "excited wee." So if she sleeps inside best to take her straight outside to the toilet before greeting her.

She seems to be happy to sleep inside or out. However if she is sleeping outside she likes her kennel to be right near the back door so she can see the door from inside her kennel. If her kennel is not near the back door she will bed sad and cry at the door.

Lexi LOVES cuddles and pats. She always wants to be with you (or on you) and can not get close enough to soak up all your love.

She eats like a machine. Lexi will need to continue to be taught some manners especially when it comes to food. She will jump all over you with excitement once she knows its dinner time. With some persistence and further training though she will soon learn to sit and wait patiently for her food.

Lexi knows how to sit and has started learning how to stay. This little miss will need someone willing to be consistent in daily training to help further teach her.

She is happy to walk on lead, she will just need more practice so she doesn't pull too much on lead or get super excited that you are next to her and jump on you for some love. She has not done any public park walking as yet as she has not been fully vaccinated. Once she gets her next shot she will be right to take out for walks.

Once lexi is calm from her initial excitement of someone coming home she is amazing. She will follow you around the house and snuggle up next to you wherever you sit.

This girl is a heart stealer. She will make a beautiful companion for a very lucky human.
