Rosie

Rosie is a gorgeous girl. she is eager to please and loves to be with her humans.

While in care Rosie has been an absolute star. Her carers have taught her how to sit, wait, lay down, spin and wait for humans to go through doors first and her last. She knows what toilet time means and also nomnom time (dinner).

Rosie is a little fearful of other dogs and doesn't like them in her space. But, her carers have taught her to sit and wait as dogs go by in a calm manner. With on-going training from her adopters her fear MAY subside. However, Rosie is going to need to be an only dog. With no cats or young children. She also takes time to warm to and trust men. But, after a bit of time, she is OK.

Rosie loves to go out for her daily walk or run. She has lots of energy and will need this daily. Her carers have been teaching her not to pull on the lead and are now in process of teaching her curb awareness and to wait at road curbs. She enjoys play time and loves to chew her toys.

That said she also loves hanging out on the couch with cuddles, belly rubs (lots of them) and kisses! she would b ok being left alone during the day for a few hours. But, really really loves interaction, so maybe someone who works from home or part time with access to a big backyard and toys when alone .
