About Maisie
Maisie is a cheeky and sweet natured Dane mix female who came into care with her brother and sister from a country pound after impound. She is in foster care as an only dog but has also been socialised with a range of others in public and also in private households with dogs of all sizes and ages. She would suit a home as a very much loved only dog or with another friendly and social dog of any size.
She would also suit a household with felines and young kids as she has met both and was both friendly and social with her interactions. Safe and secure fencing is a must for this girl of at least 5ft to keep her safe and sound in her own yard, rural fencing is also accepted as long as appropriate training is given to keep them within the household boundaries.
She is currently an inside and outside girl and is doing excellent with her basic obedience, confidence and also toilet training. She is also working on her recall, leash skills and food manners.
Maisie will be a large girl, expecting over 40 kilos when fully grown so a household that understands this size is a must.
She is located on the Central Coast in Ourimbah and her adoption fee is $400 which includes desexing, vaccinations, microchipping, flea and work treatment, heartworm and tick treatment.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
