Harlow is a sweet and lovable dog. She will need a little time to blossom. Harlow loves being near you and takes every opportunity to sit on your knee or be right next to you.
Harlow will thrive in a quiet home, where she can develop at her own pace. She has some anxiety, so understanding and a little patience will be required.
Harlow loves other dogs and has no issues with fur brothers or sisters, but equally would do well on her own. A family who has someone home a lot would be ideal.
