Patchy

If you are looking for a loyal dog that is your instant shadow then Patchy is for you! He is a bit of a Scooby Doo and likes to chat to you to get your attention!
He is an easy going dog, not much bothers him at all! He knows his basic commands and enjoys his daily walks.
Patchy is full of love and any chance for a pat he will be there in an instant. He just loves to just hang out with you and follow you around. He will attach himself particularly to the female in the house and become her shadow. Of course being a ladies man!
Currently lives with his foster family with two children aged 11 years and 8 years, male cat and another male canine of 6 years (Border Collie Cross).

Great on lead. Does need practice with recall.

Child and dog friendly. Ok with cats as long as they are dog savy!

Travels well in car.

Not a barker or digger.

No medical concerns.

Happy to sleep outside in his hammock at night. Comes in and out during the day and lies on his bed inside for a couple of hours at night time.

He would love to have another canine of similar size to play with but is happy also as an only dog as long as he is included in the family and someone is home on a part-time basis.

Low energy dog. Happy with x2 1/2 hours walks a day.

Suitable for someone with a decent sized back yard, who can go on two 1/2 hour walks a day and someone wanting a very loyal companion to stay by your side.

Our family have immensely enjoyed Patchy's company whilst he has been with us. He is a very loving loyal dog with a heart of gold and a cool personality to go with it. We hope he finds a loving home soon.
