About Sampson and Delilah under application
Sampson and Delilah were reluctant surrenders from a relocating owner. Please don't judge, she really tried to be able to take them too but was sad to be unable to find accommodation with them when her move was inadvertently pushed into high gear. Sampson is the darker coloured chocolate standard poodle who loves a walk, loves to play and is a wonderful companion. Sampson's only fault is that he will fret for his mate, Delilah if separated. We are attempting to find them a home together. Their ideal home would have some acreage and they are happy to share with other animal species but it would be best if they were the only dogs as they already have formed a "pack" between them. They both love to go for a walk and are very good on the lead. They are used to being outside during the day and sleeping on their beds inside at night. Delilah is the smoochiest of the two and more active than Sampson oddly enough. They are not brother and sister but came from the same place and are pure bred without papers but we have all other paperwork for them. They would love, love, love a home together! Can you help? (Better pictures will be posted shortly.) Sampson and Delilah are located in Narrandera NSW.
Medical notes
Sampson is being treated for an ear infection and is prone to these if his ears get wet. Delilah will be desexed next week and they will be ready to find their forever home together.
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website http://www.radarescue.org/online-application-form
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within one week of the adoption.
