Claire

Meet Claire. Claire has had a rough start to life here at the shelter. She came in with a litter of 6 little ones who were luckily old enough to look after themselves. Through no fault of her own Claire managed to escape into the shelter car park while she was being dropped off. Her kittens found a fantastic foster home where they can grow big and strong but Claire was nowhere to be found. Staff did not want to give up on Claire and explored all possible areas she could be hiding around the car park. One day her silhouette was spotted at the end of a nearby rainwater drain. For five days staff were trying to get her to come to them and eventually she came towards the lure of food. Now that she is back safe in caring hands she has had all of her vet work taken care of and is looking for her new home! She is very sweet and smoochy and is just looking for love.
