About Twigger the kitten
Twigger and his mum and littermates were rescued from a recycling dumpster in a workplace carpark in Broadmeadows. They came to us dirty, hungry and desperate. Two weeks later, mum cat has put on weight, and Twigger and his siblings are starting to eat kitten food as well as mum's milk.
Twigger is a very attractive ginger boy with striking white lines and a white chin. He's named after a giraffe in the Blinky Bill stories because of his striking markings. Twigger is a sweet little boy who loves to play and cuddle. He's a bit shyer than some of his siblings but has a big purr and a lot of love to give!
Twigger is available for adoption in 3-4 weeks. Sorry it can't be sooner because his weight @ 22/11 is 500g, we have to wait till he gets to 1kg before he can have his vet work and go to his new home.
If you'd like to meet Twigger get in contact, deposits are accepted from approved adopters.
PLEASE NOTE: the photos in the profile were taken a week and a half ago, Twigger is now bigger and cuter (if that's even possible!)
Medical notes
Twigger is in great health despite his rough start. He's been wormed and is eating kitten mush, and will be graduating to big cat food in a week or two. Once he's at the correct weight, he will be desexed and vaccinated (his microchipping is already done).

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a house check and fill out an adoption contract. Deposits are accepted to hold cats & kittens before adoption, and instalment payments can be arranged with the coordinator to pre-approved adopters. Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and de-sexed before being taken home by their adopters.
Adoptions can be done with a two week foster to adopt arrangement. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a vet.
