About Sweet Stella 💕 Stunning Turkish Van X Cat
Stella was abandoned by her owners who moved and left her behind, unloved, unwanted, undesexed - to have kittens in a backyard of a neighbour in hoppers crossing. She's thrived in care and is ready to give her special kind of Turkish Van affection to her very own human.
Stella has stunning markings with her soft white silky coat and her cheeky black beauty spots, black patches and tail and beautiful golden eyes, she's a Turkish Van X and has many of the breeds characteristics.
Stella is like a good wine, she just keeps getting better. Her foster carer reports that she likes being near people, she enjoys the company of her humans and now asks for pats and cuddles. The more you interact with her, the more confident and affectionate she gets. Stella follows her foster carer around the house and likes to sit with her and watch TV or read or watch her prepare meals... wherever you are, that's where Stella will be (except when she's having a cat nap on her favourite bed!). If you're looking for an independent, cheeky, cute cat that's inquisitive and likes to be around her humans but isn't clingy, then Stella is the girl for you.
Stella would be ideal for a person who wants a companion cat, who'll spend time with them but she is also able to be by herself and do her own thing during the day. She would be good in a unit or a house as long as she has a scratching post and some toys to play with and company for some of the day.
Stella is good with other relaxed cats and ignores the foster carers family dog.
Medical notes
Stella is a healthy raw fed cat. She is in excellent health, she's had full vet work done and is ready to go live with people who will love her and enjoy her company.
Adoption details
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a house check and fill out an adoption contract.
We work with a network of independent and co-operative foster carers. This means that adoption fees may vary.
Deposits are accepted to hold cats & kittens before adoption - this deposit is not refundable (instalment payments can be arranged with the coordinator to pre-approved adopters).
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only unless stated otherwise on the ad.
Adoptions can be done with a two week foster to adopt arrangement for adult cats only.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to add a furry member to your family.
Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
