About Dover
Introducing Mr Smiley face!
Dover is such a happy and cute puppy who just loves life. He eagerly greets all the people that he comes across and it doesn’t matter what is going on his tail is always wagging away. Dover is a very affectionate puppy who enjoys getting attention. He loves pats and cuddles, and shows his appreciation with lots of kisses. Dover enjoys playing with people and he will become a good tug of war partner as he grows up. He also likes to play with a range of toys including balls and soft toys.
During his time in care, Dover has been well socialised. He has been growing up with some of his siblings and playing with a range of other dogs, big and small. He is very friendly with all the dogs he meets and confident in making new friends. Dover enjoys exploring the yard and investigating new smells. Although unlikely to be a super high energy dog, he will definitely require daily exercise and stimulation to ensure that he remains healthy and happy throughout his life.
Despite his young age, Dover has already begun basic training. He has learnt to walk on a lead, sit for yummy treats, knows how to follow his foster carer off lead, and he is even learning to come when called. Dover will need a family who is committed to continuing his training as he will have a lot more things to learn as he grows up. He is food motivated and a quick learner so he should be easy to teach new things to.
We are looking for a home where Dover will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. Dover will need another doggy companion and/or someone home more often than not to ensure that he gets the company and attention that he deserves. He should be allowed to be inside with the family and will require a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on. We believe that Dover would be suitable for children and can be trained to live harmoniously with other pets.
If you think you can offer Dover a great forever home then let us know.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
