About Paulie and Simone
Please meet Paulie and Simone. This sweet duo are 5 and 10 year old Basenji's and as they are a bonded pair are available for adoption together under our Noah's Ark Program. Please note they will not be adopted out seperately.
Paulie and Simone have been together for all of Paulie's life and have lived the life of luxury until their owner sadly passed away and they are now looking to find their new forever home where they can give and receive as much love as they have had previously.
As they have both lived their lives with a senior person, they do not adjust well to a lot of noise and activity all the time and would be well suited to a retired couple or person.
Paulie and Simone enjoy a stroll around the neighbourhood and both have very good lead manners. They are also just as happy pottering around in the garden with you or snuggling up for a bit of tv or a good book.
In their prior life they did not get to meet a lot of new people, and they can take a little bit of time to show their true personalities, however once they do, they are both very loving and gentle dogs.
They are looking for their forever home with a patient owner who will understand that they are a little reserved at first, but still have so much to offer. They would make great companions, however as they are a bonded pair, they can be very selective with other doggie friends and it would be best if they were rehomed where there were no other animals.
Paulie and Simone would love to find a new home where they are included as part of the family and can be involved in the day to day activities.
Paulie and Simone's adoption fee is $600 for the both of them and includes their desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. They are also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Paulie and Simone are looking forward to meeting you.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
