About Blu Angel
Introducing Blu Angel. This sweet girl is a 4 year old AmStaff who is looking for an active family to call her own.
UPDATE: Blu has now been in foster care for a period of time and here are her foster carer's observations:
After two weeks of fostering Blue:
Blu loves people! Yet she also makes a fantastic guard dog and will bark appropriately when someone unfamiliar approaches the gate.
Blu has NO separation anxiety. She is home alone for most of the day and also sleeps outside on the deck. There have been no signs of trying to escape. I find Blu asleep on the deck whenever I arrive home.
Blu knows what it means when I pick up the lead, she LOVES her walks. If she hasn't been out for a couple of days she will initially pull on the lead from excitement but after a few minutes she settles down and walks fairly well.
I think her favourite thing is probably water. Blu LOVES the beach! Watching her trying to bite the waves is the funniest thing!
She loves having a splash but will settle for her shell pool at home when she can't get to the beach.
Blu is super affectionate and one massive love bug!
It's only due to living arrangements I can't continue to foster Blu, but I would easily keep her here! She's absolutely beautiful.
Blu Angel has a very high energy level and will require a family who can give her regular exercise. She will also require secure 6 foot fencing to keep her safe while her new family are not home.
She is a very sweet girl who loves her food, which will make continued training easy. Blu Angel loves to be out and about for a walk, and as you can see above, she can pull a little at first but soon settles.
Blu Angel loves people of all sizes and shapes, although she should be supervised when around young children and she can get excited. She appears friendly with other dogs, however can at times be selective with her canine friends and would require a proper introduction.
Blu Angel is looking for her forever home where she can be included as part of the family and involved in day to day activities. She is a very sweet and friendly girl, who would benefit from further training and her love of food, together with her desire to please people should help with this.
Blu Angel's adoption fee is $350 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Blu Angel is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Blu Angel, please email ccacfadoptions@gmail.com, drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 and speak to one of our friendly staff.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
