On receiving an expression of interest we shortlist families who will fit the dogs needs and contact them to arrange introductions.

After an adoption agreement is completed and the fee is transferred the dog will pass into your care.

We understand that the first seven days may disclose issues,and on the dogs return will refund the adoption fee less $100 administration fee within the next 10 working days.

If the dog is returned after seven days, we still require the dog to be returned to us, but wont be eligible for any refund.
