Pippy would ideally be suitable for a family with children. He was raised in a home with younger children and was used to having their company. It was no fault of Pippy's that he was placed with a rescue, just a breakdown in a family relationship meant he was left at home alone all the time.
He is very active and playful and being around children would make him very happy. Pippy's favourite game is "fetch" and he has a favourite rubber toy that he loves to bring back again and again and again for you!
He loves going for walks and is always friendly with other dogs and as soon as you open a car door he will jump right in hoping to go somewhere fun.
Pippy has manners and he will always sit for his food, comes when his name is called and understands "bed" and "wee's". He is mostly toilet trained but has had a couple of accidents so his new family would need to be patient with him as he learns to be an inside dog once again.
Pippy is very affectionate and loves to snuggle on the couch and the bed with family members and although he doesn't mind his own space he will lap up every bit of attention you will give him. Pippy has been sleeping on the end of the bed just like he used to with his human brothers but he would be happy just be on his comfy bed anywhere inside at night.
Pippy is just a beautiful happy little boy with lots of energy that would bring joy to any family who opens their heart to him.
